Well, after 8 months 'on the road' I have finally settled down. I got an apartment (well, a room in a share house) in a nice part of East London. Its actually pretty nice and has a killer view of the city (15 minutes walk to the best local designers markets in London!) and I move in tomorrow.
Flatmates are a bit weird (think kooky Polish girl with cockney accent) but I'm sure it will be fine.
I'm pretty excited although there is still a part of me that wonders if not going to New York was the right decision. If it all goes to shit here I can go in a few months anyway. I guess I just wanted to give here a try and see what there was for me.
So the next thing for me to do is get that fabulous job that I know is waiting for me (Yohji, Issey, Vivienne, I'm a comin'!) I am also going to try and do a bit of writing. Ressurect that old opportunity with Plan B Magazine.....
